Webnet Africa automatically allows a 10 Day Grace Period before services are suspended for late payment. For example, if your invoice is due on February 10th you have until August 20th until your service will suspend.
If you are able to pay within the 10 days Grace Period, there is no need to make a support ticket. If you need longer than the 10 days, please contact us to make special arrangements.
